    为了健康

    或者是生活过于单调,沉闷的日子无法激起所谓的热情。
     
    每天对着电脑,辐射搞得自己得头发一把一把地掉,敲着键盘去组建那些代表着分数的符号,还真有些老人家的感觉。
     
    意识到了自己的身体其实是属于一个亚健康的状态,竟然随便跑两步就喘地不行。
     
    以前总是给自己找借口说膝盖地旧伤不允许做剧烈运动。
     
    现如今,如果再不进行运动,可能真的就“老”了,身体地衰老。
     
    开玩笑地跟朋友说:“如果现在再不进行运动,或者等我40岁地时候,就是带这一副60岁人地器官了。”
     
    想想真可怕。
     
    所以下定决心,下个星期开始就要游泳了。
